About Carolina Rodriguez
During her early years in England Carolina developed her self in different areas, in 1995 she was awarded a grant from the local government to train as an information system specialist where she was exposed to the early developments of the World Wide Web (internet). Carolina went to work after her local government IT system training with a local internet provider where after a year in 1997 she was head hunted by the Managing Director of The American Express European head quarters in Brighton to work on the new Electronic Business department. In 2001 Carolina went through intensive Six Sigma training in the US with the Six Sigma Academy and delivered several improving projects for American Express saving more than $300,000 plus each. In 2002 she achieved her Master Black Belt Certification. Carolina left American express in 2002 to star her own Consulting and E-commerce business. In 2005 Carolina sold her electronic commerce business and dedicated more time to her consulting business (Quality Management Solutions) to provide service solutions to her wide portfolio of customers, she has been working with companies in the banking sector (Barclays Bank , Credit Suisse, Royal Bank of Scotland) , Insurance services sectors( Hiscox, Lloyds and Royal Sun alliance), manufacturing (Nissan, Civa Vision) , IT services ( Sun Microsystems, Fujisu) , consulting and media companies. In 2004 Carolina kept developing her professional skills by training on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with Dr Richard Bandler in 2005 she completed all the NLP trainings and was certified by the The Society of NLP(tm) as a NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Train the Trainer. Carolina has facilitated and Delivered numerous conferences, workshops and formal training programmes across Europe, US and Latin America teaching the Methodology of Six Sigma, NLP, Effective Communication and her Skill & will quadrant approaches. After her divorce in 2004 Carolina remarried in 2007 and expecting her third child to be born in july 2008. Carolina is often heard saying, work smarter no harder and her aim is to continue to develop new ways of enhancing effective and powerful communication.
