In my training programmes, I start with personal communication(the most vital part often overlooked or not understood). I provide effective, easy principles and tools for participants to use and understand (first to adjust and improve their own perceptual communication) in order to correct projections in their communications that are inaccurate and can lead to reactiveness.

My trainings address specific issues with the group (in a generalized approach so that no one is put on the spot) utilizing the skill and will quadrant , which I developed to help individuals indentify their communication gaps and then begin to improve themselves in how they are understanding the communication or behaviours of others.
